Watch or Not:
Must watch the movie in one word. This movie is for both the audiences being the massy and classy.
Sangram Bhalerao (Ranveer Singh) is a kid from the same village where Singham belongs. The movie starts with narration in the voice of (Ajay Devgan) Singham. Simmba is a growing kid and he has a clear vision from his childhood to become a police officer but not for the Justice instead he wants to become a police officer for power and money, Simmba things becoming a police officer is the best way to become the rich and Powerful. But as the typical Bollywood movie Simmba a good by heart that makes him the hero of the movie.
With following his dreams Simmba becomes a police officer and worked for Dhruva Ranade (Sonu Sood) for money. A decent guy in movie realizes to Simba who he really is. And later Simba decides to stop all the illegal things happening in the City. The rest of the movie is the story about how the Simmba is troubling with the things when he decides to fight for justice. To know the full story you have to watch the movie in your nearby cinemas.
Simmba Movie Review: Story & Script Analysis
The movie is a typical Bollywood cop movie who decides to change and fight for justice. Simmba is an official remake of super hit Tamil movie, and the movie has just a reference of Singham to cash the Ajay Devgan and Singham fans in cinemas, and Rohit Shetty is a success in his vision to cash the popularity of the blockbuster Singham. The movie has a cameo of Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgan. The humor and dialogues in the first half are just excellent, while 2nd part is about the drama.
All I have to say is movie has everything enough to entertain the audience.
Simmba Movie Review: Acting & Performance
Simmba story has written just to keeping the Ranveer Singh in mind no one could play the Simmba’s role better than Ranveer did. Ranveer is just himself in a movie playing the role of an energetic cop turning bad to good.
Sara Ali Khan acted well but she has a limited scope in the movie as she has an appearance in Kedarnath.
Sonu Sood played the role of the main villain beautifully, he is very effective with his character including thick hair beard and steel body. His dialogue delivery is brilliant in the movie. Ashutosh Rana is great as a good and honest cop who is very disappointed with all the illegal things happening around the city. He finally feels relaxed when gets Simmba turning as an honest cop.
Simmba Movie Review: Direction and Music
This is Rohit Shetty zone movie and feels like the sequence of Singham series with a very different taste hero. Rohit did his job great as he is the boss of his self-written stories. He added one more cop memorable character in the list of Bollywood after Chulbul Pandey, Singham, Vikram Rathore and now Simmba. In one word we can say Rohit has a strong command in his movies and this works for Simmba too.
The movie has long background music that is good and “Aankh Mare” song is impressive.
